InsureTechConnect is the largest global gathering for innovation and transformation in the insurance industry. We were founded in 2016 in Vegas and have been fostering the growth of our community since then. With the success of InsureTechConnect over the past 7 years, InsureTechConnect expanded to Asia with our successful inaugural show held on June 2021.
InsureTechConnect Japan was launched in 2023.

As a new team member
We’re looking for a driven sales professional to lead business development for InsureTech Connect Asia.
Reporting to the Project Director, you’ll bring at least 2 years of sales experience—ideally in insurance or events—with a track record of exceeding targets. A university degree (or equivalent experience), strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence in networking are essential.
The role, what you’d do:
• Secure exhibition booth and sponsorship revenue over email, telephone and face to face meetings
• Build sales strategy with Project Director, Marketing and Content team
• Meet sales target and beyond with a desire to exceed expectations
• Be proactive in the marketing, build and maintain relationships with existing clients while bringing in new business
• Build new accounts to create new revenue opportunities from untapped markets
• Researching and conducting sales campaigns to attract sponsorship
• Excellent skills in writing proposals and tenacious follow up via telephone and email
• Assist Marketing & Content to ensure the delivery of attendees to the event
• Create new partnerships for delegate promotion to the event. E.g. with Japanese associations, societies, media etc.
At the show:
• Face-to-face networking and business development
• Build relationships with conference sponsors and delegates
• Execute successful rebooking campaigns
