今日は当社の昼ごはんネタを1つ。
当社では、お昼に「賄い」をしています。

ざっくばらんに「今日は何を作ろうか・・・」と考え
「今日はこれにしよう！」と決まれば自家菜園で育てた野菜を使った料理を作ったりします。

調理も社長が作ったり従業員も作ります。(自主性で手があいてる人がヘルプで入ったりします。)
ご飯の種類も豊富でまるで宝石箱のように色々とネタが出てくるので毎回美味しい賄いが食べられます。

今回は土木工事部に所属している王(オウ)一家が本場中国の餃子(水餃子)を作ってくれました。

毎回メンバーで和気あいあいランチを楽しんでます。

This time, the Ou family, who belongs to the civil engineering department, made authentic Chinese dumplings (boiled dumplings).

We enjoy lunch with the members every time.
