1) I involved in the Service Delivery team and have completed all of my tasks successfully. 2) Involving in projects that were challenging. For instance, the system migration where I have to transfer thousands of employees' information from a legacy system to a newer one by using automated and occasionally running a series of manual data entry in SAP. 3) Receiving IT Information Library (ITIL) V4 Certificate in December 2019.
