「たたく」「なでる」を実現するタッチケアロボットの提案
In this study, we developed a robot that induces a state of relaxation in the user by performing tapping and stroking. To deal with insomnia, a known global health risk, this study focused on the "relaxation" method of CBT-I. Previous studies have not clarified the distinction between robot-induced tapping and stroking. Therefore, in this paper, we developed a robot that can realize two types of touch care.
