大学卒業後、新卒でエン・ジャパン株式会社に入社し、中途採用支援に従事。2015年にReeracoen（リーラコーエン）に入社し、フィリピン拠点の立ち上げに従事。 2016年1月にシンガポール拠点に異動し、2017年より同拠点の責任者に就任。2019年より統括責任者として、複数の海外現地法人の経営に従事。現在はシンガポール法人、ベトナム法人、台湾法人の統括責任者と日本法人の代表取締役を務める。
