Create and ensure high-quality, engaging training content for AWS cloud users and professionals. Fix existing cloud environments for digital learning which have broken. Provide peer feedback and end to end testing for new materials.

Support a live customer service to securely transfer data to and from the cloud environment. Develop IT polices to enhance operational efficiency and security

Support complex backend cloud and physical infrastructure. Provide RDS database customer support to clients. Perform security and compliance patching for production infrastructure.
