We are looking for Japanese Interpreters!

Working with Suwa.

I've been with Suwa Enterprise since 2020 as their Translator/Interpreter.

It has been a challenging journey since it was my first time interpreting meetings and translating real documents!

I was hired by this company right before I graduated college, so it was my first ever company I worked for as a full time employee.
I do have experiences in translation in my previous part time jobs, but this one was different since this was an 8 hour full time job!
I can say it really was challenging, however, it helped me grow as an individual and it has broadened my skills and knowledge.

In translations and interpretations, the most important thing is to be able to connect with the other party;
you cannot translate as it is, you should always understand the essence of the words you convey.
It's really difficult to translate something you do not even understand, so it's better to prepare beforehand. (Study the topic and lingo used)

The most challenging part here is when you need to translate something onthe spot!

On the brighter side, translating is also fun, and fulfilling!
I get a feeling of fulfillment whenever I am able to help someone understand what the other party
has to say.
Well, you are the bridge and you connect two different nationalities, so isn't that amazing?

Being a translator is not just about knowing 2 or more languages, it's knowing how to connect with people using different languages.

So if you are that person, join us and grow your career with us!
