Through her experiences as a shop manager,she was installed as Area manager in her third year.

仕事の楽しさを伝えて
人の未来を大きくしたい
I would like to convey the pleasures of the work, and make one's future bigger.

Q1:今までで一番やりがいを感じたことは？
What's your the best worthwhile point of the job?

社員の時、店長の時、マネージャーになってからも立場関係なく、 全員が同じ目的目標を持って全力で頑張る。
その結果目標達成出来た時の喜びは最高です。
When we were able to achieve our goal,I couldn’t be happier!
Staffs,shop manager and area manager,they work together as a team to achieve our goal.

Q2:この会社で働く理由は？
Why do you work in FUBIC Co.,Ltd.?

自分の人生の目的が会社の目的とキレイに交わっているからです。
【人の未来を大きくする】私は仕事の楽しさを伝えることで未来を大きくしたいと思っています。
Because the corporate philosophy sympathizes with me.
I would like to convey the pleasures of the work, and make one's future bigger.

Q3:プライベートでの将来の夢は？
What's your dream in personal life?

世界一周。色んな世界を自分の目で見て感じて周りたいです。
もっと価値観を広げ、楽しい将来を思い描いてます。
Going around the world is my dream.
Maybe there are beautiful scenery and rare custom I have never known,I want to see that with my own eyes.

Q4:ドクターストレッチでの一番の思い出は？
What's your the best memory of Dr.stretch?

インドネシア野球キャラバンプロジェクトメンバーとして、企画から携わることができ、
本当に楽しかったです。 実際現地に行き、インドネシアの子供たちへスポーツの楽しさを
伝えるという経験の中でこちら側が勉強になることも凄く沢山ありました。
We formed a caravan for teaching children living in Indonesia how to play baseball.
At that place, we enjoy baseball together.
I learned many things from them.

Please give a message to everyone searching a job.

仕事というのは本当に楽しく、自分を成長させてくれるものです。 自分の将来、
可能性を信じて後悔のない就職活動を頑張ってください！！
