My Working Title is a company and movement that inspires and empowers people to design their careers. In other words, be the boss of your own careers :)
Many people struggle to figure out their career paths. We are creating a high-touch and high-tech process, fun tools and experiences for people to design their career. This will help people gain clarity and move forward.
Why we do
Many people struggle to make career choices.
Disruption is here and will be an avalanche, to quote the World Economic Forum. The current grind sometime drains. The choice revolution continues. We will see greater explosion of choices – new fields, new combinations, new directions.
Students and professionals today stand at the edge – with a choice conundrum. Where does career design even start? How might we disrupt ourselves, stay nimble and be prepared? How might we blend making money and making meaning? How might we explore possibilities and not be paralysed by choice overload?
This is why we set up My Working Title – to inspire and empower people to generate possibilities, gain clarity to move forward.

Therefore, we are creating a high-touch and high-tech process, fun tools and experiences for people to design their career.
Since our launch in September 2017, we've shared our approach, design principles and tools and it has spread to 13 countries (as of 5 Jan 2018), to clients that include LinkedIn, Workforce Singapore Group and the National University of Singapore. We were also approached by Wantedly, Center for Career Excellence and Mendaki to collaborate. We are now in talks with regional distributors.
