This fund would be beneficial in two folds.

Firstly, Japanese companies' understanding of AI at the C-level is unfortunately shallow. So we can assist the Japanese companies in improving the knowledge of how AI can be integrated into the strategy.

Secondly, we believe this fund would improve the value gap situation of Japanese listed companies in the next 2-3 years significantly. Now, most Japanese listed companies are massively undervalued due to the lack of knowledge of the shareholder value theory. However, there are recently various regulatory initiatives to force Japanese companies to consider the shareholder value through corporate governance code. So there would be a movement among Japanese listed companies to think more about the shareholder value. We invest and help those companies to integrate shareholder concepts into a high level of the strategy. Besides, we also help HR and information/knowledge management, and finally, we assist them to improve IR activities to achieve significant alpha.
