アカウンティングチーム（経理部）に異動
お客様の笑顔が増えていく日々に、とてもやりがいを感じました！

Q1:今までで一番やりがいを感じたことは？
ドクターストレッチ九州一号店目の立ち上げです。地方初の出店と共に、
私自身も新米店長でしたので右も左も分からず毎日がむしゃらでした。
失敗を恐れず何事にもチャレンジしたこと、お客様の笑顔が１人２人と増えていく日々にとてもやりがいを感じました。

Q2:この会社で働く理由は？
温かい仲間と気持ちがいい環境で働けることがとても幸せです。
自分で考え、自分で決意し行動することを尊重してもらえること。

Q3:プライベートでの将来の夢は？
老後はハワイに住みたいです（笑）

Q4:ドクターストレッチでの一番の思い出は？
社内イベントでチーム優勝できたことです。
優勝が決まった瞬間全員で抱き合って感動を分かち合えた瞬間は言葉にならない感動でした。

Became a member of the accounting department after work as a shop chief of Dr. stretch at the oldest branch in Kyushu area.
Customers’ smile give me a reason to work harder.

Q1:When kind of situation did you feel rewarded the most?
It was when I struggled for success at the first branch in Kyushu area.
Not only that it was the first branch in the area, but also it was the first time for me to work as a shop chief.
We just tried whatever we think it’s good for our customers.
The number of customer who smiles was gradually increased day by day.
It makes me feel rewarded.

Q2:What is the reason to work at this company?
I am happy to work with nice colleagues at this good environment.

Q3:What is your dream in your life?
I want to live in Hawaii after my retirement.
We respect each other’s thoughts and decisions.

Q4:What is the best memory at Dr. stretch?
It is when I won the in-house competition F1 GRAND PRIX with my teammate.

Q5:Any advice to job seekers?
You only live once. Don’t be afraid to try new things!
I was at a loss for words because of the surprise. We just hugged each other.
