Why we do
The journey began when Rey; founder of Flipwire Design enlisted the help of our designer, Dezzo. Being able to personally manage the build of his own home, Rey experienced the satisfaction of seeing how his house became a home – His desires, preferences and requirements articulated into Dezzo’s designs. The finished result; Rey’s dream home through a quality build.
This story inspired a professional collaboration between the two brothers to Design and Build spaces for work and living that has seen over 300 spaces inspired and realised across the span of 10 years.
How we do
We don’t subscribe to cookie-cutter processes; especially not when it comes to designing and building your dream spaces. We design and build living and work spaces through a highly-customised and personable turn-key solution.
You will collaborate with your Design and Project Management team who will be with you throughout this process:

- We present you with design options so that you can make an informed decision
- You receive a detailed quotation for your build – full disclosure and transparency
- Once you give us the green light, the build process begins
- Your Project Manager will be here with you at every milestone to ensure quality and accuracy is delivered at each phase
