What we do
e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) is the empowering network for individuals and companies seeking skills and solutions for growth. Since 2008, e2i has assisted more than 600,000 individuals through our career guidance, professional development, and job matching services.
With an extensive network of partners, e2i offers hiring, training and productivity solutions to businesses. We are an initiative of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.

From career fairs to training workshops, from networking sessions to seminars, e2i has many events ongoing for both individuals and businesses.
As the Labour Movement progresses towards 2019, e2i have embraced three key thrusts - Care, Fair and Grow. At the very heart of what e2i does, they Care for their working people by giving them a sense of assurance with the challenges they face today and tomorrow and enable them to have good jobs in positive working environments. e2i ensures that workplace practices are Fair for their working people and that their interests are always protected. e2i also wants to Grow with their working people by helping them to progress in their careers and be part of a strong and inclusive Labour Movement.
