Probably that one thing I could think of which motivates me at least, it’s the TEAM!! The bonding among the people, the collaboration across Teams, the vision of Company which motivates each individual in the company to associate and engage with. I am Sahoo and this is my story about engaging with iRuuza as project manager.

What else you could expect from your dream company, if you got such bright team to work with, company having a mission and great vision, where CEO can take up any role. I had never come across with a culture and workplace like iRuuza, where everyone is empowered and equally valued, loving teammates and clients. iCode being a patented product (patent in-progress), attracts many engineers to engage with because of its beauty – code automation.

Where the company is in a mission and vision of building next era of software development, each member is highly motivated towards the same goal – reducing the development time, even looks lucrative in Japan market that brings many bests of best clients onboarded. The niche of technology drives the momentum of project deliveries attracting excellent project management team not just limited to managers but consultants, assistants, designers, HR, Accountants.
