Our company was established last year; however, our Japanese recruiting team possesses extensive experience in this industry. Prior to start our company, they held key positions at global company in the Philippines, gaining valuable expertise in the field. Despite being a newly established company, our team brings years of industry experience, ensuring a high level of expertise and reliability in our services
Our native Japanese recruiter provides invaluable support, fluent in Japanese business etiquette and cultural expectations. This ensures a culturally sensitive and effective recruitment experience for our Japanese candidates.
Since 2017, we have established strong partnerships with leading Japanese recruitment agencies, IT schools in Japan, and English and IT institutions in the Philippines. These collaborations enhance our talent acquisition capabilities, enabling us to connect top-tier candidates with leading companies. Our office is located in Cebu, home to approximately 90 English language schools where native Japanese go in the Philippines. We have observed that sourcing candidates from these institutions results in a significantly higher success rate compared to recruiting directly from Japan.
The primary reason for this is that these candidates have already acclimated to life in the Philippines and are actively seeking employment opportunities within the country. In contrast, candidates based in Japan often face challenges in making the decision to relocate, even after receiving job offers.
