来日本已经两个多月了，我的味蕾被这里的美食完全征服！参加展会、拜访客户，东奔西跑，走遍了东京、大阪、神户、四国、广岛、福冈等日本各地，我尝遍了各地特色佳肴，每一样都让我回味无穷、念念不忘。有的吃过一次还想再吃，有的吃过两三次还想再吃，今天就跟大家分享四样给我印象最深刻的日本美食。

I've been in Japan for over two months now, and my taste buds have been completely conquered by the cuisine here! Attending exhibitions, visiting clients, crisscrossing Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe, Shikoku, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, and more - I’ve sampled local delicacies everywhere I go, each leaving me longing for more. Some dishes I crave again after one taste, and others I’ve had two or three times yet still crave more. Today I’ll share my four most memorable Japanese culinary experiences.

第一名必须属印度咖喱馕！离公司只有50米远的这家餐馆，成了我的常去之处。我已经吃过不下四次了，次数多到我自己都记不清了。刚来日本时跟井上植树吃过一次，后来又带上了Joshua Morgan一起吃过，还单独堂食过一次。虽然我没吃过正宗的印度咖喱馕，但这家的咖喱味道真是地道，完全打动我的味蕾！

The top spot has to go to the Indian curry buns! This restaurant just 50 meters from our office has become my regular haunt. I've lost count of how many times I've been - at least four. I first tried it with Naoki Inoue when I arrived at Osaka, later with him and Joshua Morgan, once while hosting friends, and again by myself. Though I haven't had authentic Indian curry buns in India, the flavor here tastes so authentic to me - a total delight!

第二名非神户拉面莫属！我经常周末去神户玩，自然要尝尝此地的特色拉面。第一次吃到面盘里堆满的肉，我简直吓了一跳，面都看不到了！从此神户拉面店成了我在神户的最爱，我已经吃过两三次了，还没吃够呢！

The second food goes to Kobe ramen! I often visit friends in Kobe on weekends, so had to try the local ramen. I was shocked the first time when I could barely see the noodles under all the meat! Kobe ramen became my Kobe favorite - I've had it two or three times but still can't get enough.

第三名要数黒门市场的海鲜刺身了！想在大阪吃到最鲜美的海产，黑门市场是不二之选。偶然发现的这家刺身店，一大碗的刺身分量十足，新鲜味美还超实惠，简直完美！我已经吃过两次还想再去几次。

The third is the sashimi at Kuromon Market! For the freshest seafood in Osaka, Kuromon is a must. I stumbled upon this sashimi shop and was amazed by the huge servings, incredible freshness and great value. I’ve been twice already but want to go back many more times.

第四名是柠檬拉面。这是我们客户拜访路上偶遇的一家历史悠久的拉面店，他们家的柠檬拉面酸酸爽爽，超级开胃。真希望每次路过时都能吃上一碗，但能遇到的机会太少了，只能等待下次客户拜访了！

The fourth is the lemon ramen we discovered while visiting clients in Hiroshima, Shikoku and Fukuoka. This historic ramen shop features a signature tart and refreshing lemon broth that really whets your appetite. I hope to have it again whenever I'm passing through, but chances are rare - I'll just have to wait for the next client visit!
