What we do
We are an international startup accelerator is opening a branch in Japan. We invests in early stage companies and accelerates them with a mentor network of successful entrepreneurs.
We are now looking for a co-founder who will join a 3 - 4 co-founding team.
Required:
● Experience in funds management and investors relationship
● Experience in entrepreneurship as either founders or through exposure on the startup ecosystem
● Nice to have: experience in startup investments, startup mentoring
Required tasks are (not limited to):
● Accelerator
-- Mentoring program customization

-- Mentors recruitment for Asia
-- Demo day participation
● Venture
-- Active deal sourcing
-- Passive deal sourcing (through intro or incoming applications)
-- Due diligence
-- Founders interview
-- Portfolio management
-- SPVs & legal
-- Deal club management
● LP Network
-- Sales materials (e.g., deck)
-- Sales pitch
-- LPs recruitment
-- KOLs recruitment
-- Relationship building and sustenance
● Marketing
-- Partnership building with established names
-- Participation in startups-related events
-- Events and demo day organization
-- Community building
● Management & Administration
-- Company registration and paperworks
-- Financial planning and management
-- Accounting
-- Legal
-- HR
Other details:
● Commitment: Need to be at least available half of full time
● Location: Japan
● Smaller salary but founder’s stocks and sharing of all future carry (Negotiable; Founder’s stocks and carry)
