We focus on good communication and professionalism : no information hiding and regular honest report. We try to contribute as much as possible to the community by opening all source whenever possible and collaborating with researchers.
AYO is open to any other business wanting to collaborate and would not be shy to advice its client other companies to fulfill their needs : the client satisfaction is the end goal of the consulting task.
Why we do
Machine learning in general and Deep Learning in particular greatly progressed in the last years. While labs around the world are sharing impressive technologies, implementing those discoveries in everyday systems is difficult and companies can struggle finding skilled teams to upgrade their tools.
AYO wants to alleviate those problems while pushing the idea of open technology for a better working environment for engineers and researchers alike.
How we do
AYO is still a starting company, we need to gather people around our values. The goal is to be totally open about the technology and the business : financial report and wage distribution should not be opaque.
Employees are free to follow any path they wish, as long as they keep the company informed : either inside the company or outside. AYO is meant to team people together around project and not locking them into tasks they do not wish to do.
AYO has not invest yet in its own office, the work in mainly done remotely.
Consulting task can be very rewarding for engineers who wish to try many technology but the company acknowledges it may not be the end goal for any of its employee.
