The World is facing an unprecedented climate challenge, and the geothermal industry in Japan is still in its infancy.

【Mt current job responsibilities and Mission @ BPJ】

I am responsible for strategy and business development in Baseload Power Japan, and I lead a team of two business development managers.

【What motivates me about this job】

With the 2011 Tohoku earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster still fresh in mind, the opportunity to provide an alternative to both fossil fuels and nuclear power is a key motivator for me.

【My Dream】

Own a traditional Japanese kominka in the countryside, preferably with a hot spring and a geothermal powerplant on the premises. Furthermore, I want to help develop and revitalize the community around the property.

【My team】

We are a team that combines our passion for clean energy, the great outdoors and realization of big dreams to bring special projects to life. We are not afraid to drive change in a conservative environment.
