What we do

Set up in 2017, Bold aims to equip youths and organisations with the tools and mindsets to define what good work means to them. We do this through programmes that enable people to positively design their ways forward across life stages, from kids to youths to working adults. Bold At Work also runs an innovation studio lab, that supports the translation of youth ambitions, bringing their passions and strengths into the context of the real world.

Why we do

Our Mission To build a tribe of bold individuals and organisations creating new pathways to success at work. Our Vision To inspire people to be bold at work. Our purpose is to enable people to imagine new possibilities, navigate reality and create their way forward, at work and in their communities. We do this by emboldening them with the mindsets and tools that they need to define and create what good work means to them.

How we do

Boldness: A willingness to meet danger and face risks. Where boldness is at work, new perspectives and fresh experiences emerge. What is the difference between boldness and courage, one might ask? Whereas courage is the willingness to act despite fear, we think that with boldness, we recognise that fear is in itself a construct, for the future is ours to create. While we came from different backgrounds and experiences, each of us made switches mid-career, driven by a quest to create an alternate reality of what’s possible at work. And we work to equip others to activate their fullest potential and in so doing, create their own definitions of success.
