Sultan's Gate is a road leading to the Istana Kampong Glam, which was the site of the palace and homes of the Sultans (Malaya royalty) who ruled over Singapore. Fine food was only enjoyed by royalty in those days.
How we do
At Sultan Gate Restaurant, we want to offer the same fine food to everyone, regardless of status or class. Attention is paid to the quality, flavour, and appearance of the food. It is a pure, nearly religious, sensory experience. What was once subsistence is now an object of daily, living art.
