I have done Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with major in Operations and Marketing from Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab, India. This was a 5 year integrated program in which I studied subjects like Machine design, Advanced manufacturing technologies, Consumer Behavior, Operations management, Supply chain management etc.

  • Management Trainee

    I participated in 100 Smart Cities Project initiated by government of India. I worked in market research functions in Pune. The highlights of the project are as follows: 1. Formulated questionnaire to gather the data of different housing societies. 2. Collected primary data by scheduling appointments and conducting interviews of the Chairperson of different societies.

  • Kaizen

    During six months internship I completed a project on 'World Class Quality Standardization in assembly line TCF 1A'. Main highlights are as follows : * Worked on Productivity improvement of assembly line (TCF-1A). * Time and motion study * Learnt about “Kaizen” as a concept to achieve results * Value Stream Mapping – analyzed its importance in scheduling/routing of jobs, inventory control and management * 5 S Implementation
