Vehicles experience many disturbance inputs as they traverse over rough roads, but the passengers have high requirements for vehicle riding comforts. A suspension system designed, modeled and simulated to achieve decreasing the bounce of the vehicle using Matlab/Simulink. Additionally, we developed an active suspension system that is controlled by feedback information from the original suspension system. In that way, we could provide the best driving experiences to passengers.
I designed four types of manipulated robot arms: 1. Cartesian Robot 2. Cylindrical Robot 3. Spherical Robot 4. Articulated Robot I developed 3 Dimensional Robot Arm using Labview software which achieved and visualized the task

Concentration process control
Graduation project In this project, a controller was designed for concentration process and was implemented on a real-time system that constructed to verify the response of controller, in prototype concentrated solutions -juice and sugar- used to control it separately with water then mixed to produce fluid with the desired property. The Mathematical model of the concentration process was evolved then Matlab used to analyze and design the control loop for these models, control algorithms as PID & Fuzzy logic controller used to build a controller that achieve the specification requirements of a system process. The Fuzzy PI-controller designed to control system for the characteristic of nonlinearity of real-time system, and simulation of control loops in LABVIEW software with the appropriate interface was implemented. The DAQ hardware with LABVIEW software is used to implement the control loop that designed for a real-time prototype to produce the juice with desired concentrated.

Automating Schneider Electric's Thermal Cabinet using a National Instruments DAQ and LabVIEW software
The project of semi-final semester ( Project of control lab ) The objective of this project is to develop an automatic operation of Schneider electric's thermal cabinet. We Studied and viewed phenomena relating to industrial process control and essential practices such as data acquisition, process identification, PID tuning, a software implementation of control algorithms. The ability to use LabVIEW and NI-DAQ device to identify, control and interface a real-world industrial process.

Engineering week '15' in University of Khartoum For this project, we made a car that follows a path made by a LED strip. We used two LDRs to detect the lights from the LED while considering ambient light. The voltage generated by the LDRs were sent to an A-to-D converter in microcontroller so that we could calculate the car’s relative position compared to the LED strip and decide when to turn in software. We then controlled the car by sending the appropriate signals to the motors.
