今月の分子 312: FOXP3

免疫系は外からの侵入者を防ぐ役割を果たす一方で、自身の細胞や分子を攻撃しないようにしておく必要があります。このバランスを取るのに不可欠なのが制御性T細胞と呼ばれる細胞で、今回はこれに関するお話です。なおこの発見により、大阪大学の坂口志文先生を含む3名に2025年のノーベル生理学・医学賞が贈られます。
