I was born and raised in Japan. I joined 17 months internship in TABI LABO as a writer and general affairs, dedicating my latter university life writing, translating and editing articles in order to bring people news sights from overseas and share opinions fairly and freely.
While I was studying English and American literature, I started to think that cultural difference frequently affects misunderstanding if we lack direct contact and a considerate communication whether we work, travel, play and live.
After graduated from SEIKI University, I started to work at Richmond Hotel Utsunomiya Ekimae, one of the branches of RNT Hotels Co., Ltd. which won the award of Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index(JCSI) for three years in a row.
Since I wanted to touch on customer’s heartstrings, I became a member of the Customer Satisfaction team, operating a photo service, creating new maps and arranging group reservations. As a front chief, I trained new staffs with a counseling method.
Through my experiences from an internship, study abroad, and hotel receptionist, I decided to devote my life to create a place where people can be themselves.
