More Than A Recovery - Ishinomaki

I produced this piece while volunteering with Sosei Partners as part of their inaugural Writer's Program in March 2018. Itis a look at not only the disaster recovery but the rural revitalization happening in this corner of north-eastern Japan,Ishinomaki in Miyagi Prefecture.
