One of my favourite recent projects was a self-initiated UX audit of Takealot, South Africa's largest e-commerce platform.
I wanted to go beyond surface-level UI feedback, so I benchmz#ark#e#produd the experience against Amazon, Bash, and Makro, documented 40 usability findings, and developed a prioritized 90-day roadmap focused on the hightest-impact improvements.
For me, great product design is about understanding why users struggle, identifying opportunities that align with business goals, and prioritizing solutions that deliver meaningful value.
