Self-Taught Into Backend Dev

I have always been curious about technology, particularly how software is designed. However, my initial career path led me into a completely different field, primarily cultural production, event management, and logistics.
A few years ago, in 2024, I decided to pivot into tech. I started teaching myself to code, beginning with the basics (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and building simple web pages. Since 2026, I've moved into more serious projects, focusing on Python and FastAPI, including APIs with authentication and a document search system.
What I'm looking for now is hands-on experience: joining a real team, building web applications, and continuing to grow as a developer.
