How Small Steps Changed My Belief About Myself
People who feel anxious think they are can't change themselves, so they think they can't overcome any tough situations and they try avoiding them. However that process makes their anxiety more bigger. they dive into bad cycle. Such as me, if they challenge something to improve step by step, it makes their belief that they can change themselves, they can overcome it sometime.
This is just my opinion based on my experiences. I also feel anxious and fear, but I have been learning English after I quit previous job. I can feel my English skills improve now. That proves that I can improve or change myself step by step. Even if I can't be good at yet now, I can overcome challenging situations in the future. I can think so now.
Anxiety doesn’t disappear. I’m still anxious too. I just learned to act little by little.
I continue trying improving myself such as English skills, training in order to build my belief that I can change myself. Also, I'd like to spread this my realization and experience for people who lose confidence and feel anxiety like me.
