I help food companies run better and grow.
My background is food engineering, and most of my work has been on the factory side. At ZarGroup I ran workflow and efficiency audits on production lines, found where time and effort were being lost, and supported feasibility studies for new product lines based on market demand. Before that I worked on a production floor under GMP/GHP rules, so I know how a line runs day to day, not just on paper.
I also have training in industrial turnaround (reviving struggling manufacturers), business plan design, and internal quality audits (ISO 19011). And I spent over a year at the Securities & Exchange Brokers Association working with investment analysts, so I can read a market and a set of financials.
Put together, I can look at a small or mid-size food company and see both sides: what's slowing the line down, and what that means for profit and for the company's value.
Right now I study Japanese full-time at ISI Language School (Business Course, N2–N1 classes) and am applying to MBA programs in Japan. I work in English and Persian, and my Japanese gets better every month.
If your team works on food manufacturing, operational improvement, market entry, or M&A, I'd like to talk.
