• Responsible of sales of Johnson and Johnson consumer products (Johnson's baby, Clean & Clear, Listerine, Mylanta, Visine, Daktarin, Combantrin and Vermox) in Greater Jakarta area, mainly responsible in Medical Key Accounts such as : Kimia Farma, Viva Generic, Guardians, Watson, K-24 and Century. 3 months over achieved (105% - 112%) of sales performance with the highest incentives among 10 sales managers. • Initiated and fully responsible for initial trading term between Johnson & Johnson and Kimia Farma Apothecary and successfully penetrated initial distribution of Johnson & Johnson products to 7500 Kimia Farma Apotechary in Indonesia with Rp. 6 Billions of yearly revenues. As well as Viva Generic and K-24 (with revenues between Rp.5 – 7 Bn.)
• Managed a service line of 18 subscribed TV channels and 3 TOP rating Free to Air TV channels (RCTI,MNC TV and Global TV) with 2500 customers and $200,000 in monthly target across 12 industries and successfully achieved 21% increase in advertiser spend by achieving 150% of target number of customer contacts (100 contacts per week). • Maintained close relations with senior C-level global clients across several industries (companies represented: Unilever, Kao, Johnson & Johnson, Avon, Bayer, L’oreal, Microsoft, Samsung, LG, Canon, Airasia, etc). • Initiated and developed re-branding marketing campaign for 18 MNC’ subscribed TV channels, securing 20% more public brand awareness over 3 months.
• Recruiting, selecting and assisting 200+ international talents (in a year) under Global Talent Program to help corporations, start ups and institutions to grow their businesses in Indonesia. Able to create sustain growth of 107% of number national partnership created and 2500% of number international talents recruited and allocated. Placing Indonesia in TOP 5 globally among 124 countries in term of absolute and relative growth. • Managed the innovation of Global Talent Program with 177 partners and $50,000 quarterly revenues across 15 cities in Indonesia. Partners include Fortune 500 companies like PwC, Coca-Cola, DHL, Unilever, Department of Education Indonesia, Education First (EF) and Garuda Indonesia, as well as hundreds of start-ups and SMEs around Indonesia. • Trained 214 sales executives from 14 cities by creating and leading the education framework named Sales Development Program which resulted in 700 sales activities completed in 6 months and being a role model for AIESEC in Italy, Jordan and Cambodia to develop the same program.
• Led an executive team of 9 people from 4 faculties and generated 250 of international exchange experiences with total 300 active members. • Hosted the biggest AIESEC national conference (attended by 400 delegates from all over Indonesia) and lead the project from a situation of fiscal debt of 24.000.000 RP to a profit of 7.500.000 RP over a 3 months period. • Leader of 10 youth empowering projects with 67 students from 21 different nationalities, resulting in 98 events held in 1 year.
