A platform to connect professionals of the food and beverage industry on a global scale.
Our goal is to let people in that industry showcase their products and scout partners amongst our worldwide community so they can establish a first “digital handshake” before meeting in person and create great partnerships.
We are currently interviewing actors the industry so if you are or know anybody producing/exporting/importing food (e.g. olive oils, cheese, nuts, kale...) or drinks (e.g. wine, alcohol, fruit juice...) or related to promoting the import/export of such products, any introduction would be immensely appreciated!

Work on HR services using Ruby on Rails for web services and Scala Spark distributed system for machine learning and analysis. Created and managed the design and implementation of a Talent management system with a team up to 10 people. Leaded a team on the design and implementation of a japanese NLP analysis pipeline able to digest millions of sentences. Designed a modular micro service architecture used by all services in the team on AWS infrastructure such as VPC, ELB, Elastic Beanstalk and RDS.
Create services in partnership with Japanese actors to find opportunities between Orange and the local technology industry. For each project, I design, define the market offer, prototype the solution leading small teams of designers and developers and finally push the product to sponsors in the group and to local partners. - Created a prototype and a market offer for a real time control system of QoS for LTE connections. This was an opportunity to interact with a huge infrastructure, LTE SAE, and learn how to dive into complex standards to create innovative solutions. - End to end designed and prototyped a content delivery solution using 802.11ad in partnership with Wilocity that resulted in the Media Station Kiosk product in collaboration with SITA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uNkvKtkCNI - Collaborated with Les Bains Numeriques festival in France to develop a mobile application to follow other visitors, 6th sens, http://6emesens.orangejapan.jp , and an installation with real time video streaming projected in immersive spheres.
Co-created a company making a mobile application related to fashion. Starting a company taught me a lot about human relationships: I had to recruit the right co-founder to follow me in the adventure, find a lot of people that could help us and to whom I'm still thankful but also maintain a great spirit between people in the team even during hard times. It also shaped my vision of product creation and business development and better understand where things are likely to fail since we made a lot of the common mistakes.
