現在の物流業界の仕事のやり方と構造は数十年前とほとんど変わっていないように感じました。 業界の課題である労働集約型の構造や人手不足が存在することは分かっていても、がんばればなんとかなるんじゃないか、という業界の雰囲気は否定できません。
