Constantly did cold-call sales to the apartment buildings near UCLA to have them list their empty parking spots on the platform. Featured in Daily Bruin, which is the newspaper media owned by UCLA. • Cold-call sales to 300 apartment buildings and private houses around UCLA, got 3% of managers listed on the website resulted in 80 spots in total. • Built relationships to foster better communication between the sales and development team including weekly meetings to reflect the feedback to the product immediately. • Monthly average number of unique users for the website was 5k and page views of 20k. • The number of Instagram followers for parking sharing project became 8.5k.
