■Description Research and Development that includes Machine Learning/Deep Learning ■ Introduction Abeja provides IoT, big data, artificial intelligence technology as a solution for manufacturing and retail industry. It is first of its kind in Japan. In order to analyze complex activity data we have developed our own DMP (Data Management Platform) and we provide data storage of various kinds. We are looking for a researchers to improve our deep learning platform. We also provide company visit. ■Required Skills and Experience - Conducting research or development on efficient machine learning methods - supervised learning, unsupervised, reinforcement, and/or deep learning - with 2 years of relevant experience. - Expertise in at least one specialized areas such as Optimization, Text Mining, Probabilistic Inference, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, Recommendation Systems or Computer Vision. - Implementation knowledge and understanding of major International Conference proceedings (NIPS/ICML/ICLR/CVPR/ICCV/BMVC etc.) - Strong programming skills (one or more of C++, Python) in industrial setting - Development experience on Linux - Good understanding of libraries for machine learning(numpy/scipy/scikit-learn/xgboost etc.) - Good communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical members - Passion for seeing research through from initial conception to eventual application ■Desired Experience and skills -Fluent communication in English or Japanese. - Working knowledge of libraries for deep learning(Tensorflow/pytorch/keras/MXNet/Chainer etc.) - PhD or MS in computer science or related fields - Experience with Docker
