職務内容 当社および関連会社で行われる事業の財務、経理業務をご担当頂きます。 1. 月次、四半期、年次決算業務； 2. 請求書等対応、仕訳作成、入力、レビュー； 3. 税務申告、親会社・外部への財務報告のサポート； 4. 固定資産管理、貯蔵品管理、売上及び債権管理等； 5. 上記に付随するその他業務。 【Role Description】 You will be responsible for providing financial and accounting support for the businesses conducted by the Company and its affiliates. 1. Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing; 2. Correspondence of invoices, preparation of journal entries, post and review; 3. Tax filling and financial reporting support to parent company and external parties; 4. Fixed asset management, storage management, sales and receivable management, etc; 5. Other duties related to the above. 求めるスキル・経験 1. 日本語ネイティブレベルの方。 2. 主体性を持って行動し、責任感が強く、優れたパーソナリティを持つ方。 3. コミュニケーション能力とストレス耐性のある方。 4. 変化に対して柔軟な対応が出来る方。 5. ＜外国の方の場合＞現在日本にて就労ビザ等を持ち、就労可能な方。 歓迎するスキル・経験 ・IT関連業界での経理経験。 ・OracleEBSシステム、Excelに詳しい方。 ・英語か中国語がビジネスレベル以上の方。 【Required Skills/Experience】 1. Japanese language ability: Native level. 2. Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good personality. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. 4. Flexible and adaptable to change. 5. Have a valid working visa to work in Japan. 【Preferred Skills/Experience】 1. Accounting experience in IT related industry. 2. Familiar with Oracle EBS accounting system and Excel. 3. English or Chinese: business level or higher.
