I began my work experience as a dancer and actor in my high-school days until the age of 21. Afterwards, I obtained an acceptance from Keio University. During my early university days, I took a leadership in the Japan Model United Nations. Afterwards, I began to compete in business plan competitions and got my total competition awards ($50K). I have experienced to buy and sell a company during University days. After I graduated from my university, I worked in Thailand and developed an account-based marketing database ‘Techharbor’ that has provided vital content to users. After I resigned my position at ‘Deloitte’, I became a freelance consultant, and helped my father’s business for two years. Since Sep 2018, I started creating SPOTECH with Yusuke Shibuya for changing the world in the area of global recruitment.

Developed a new HR business strategy for Toyota Motor Thailand. Created an open innovation platform "TechHarbor" that uses AI to build a data foundation for customers who would like to gain a strong competitive advantage. Greatly increased new Deloitte clients who would like to collaborate with global technology startups by 30%.
Created an iOS app "tetol.com" that offered users buy & sell platform based on their GPS. Bought a website "Website.jp" from Jizmo.inc, letting students practice aptitude tests. Increased the number of registered users of the Webtest.jp from 30K to 100K in a year since the M&A.
Created a website "Hirukatsu" that used AI to offer students & companies meetup opportunities. Created a website "Jobkatsu" that used AI to offer students internship opportunities. Acquired 50K registered users in 3 months from inception of the Hirukatsu, sold these websites.
