■About this opportunity Our mission is to leverage advanced technologies to enable bilingual professionals to easily connect with the most exciting companies in Japan and the world. Working closely with business stakeholders and development teams, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and delivery of new product features in accordance with market requirements. As a Technical Product Manager, this role has a strong focus on the engineering and operations side of product management. However, for the right candidate responsibilities could expand into high level product strategy and full product lifecycle management. With this flexibility, it could suit either an experienced product manager looking for an opportunity to step up and take centre stage, or someone with a strong technical background and great personal skills looking for their first chance to step into the world of product management with room to grow. ■About the successful candidate ・Has a proactive attitude and is passionate about product ownership ・Has excellent English and Japanese communication skills(verbal, written, presentations & training) ・Is able to prioritise effectively ・Is a critical thinker preferring data driven decision making ■Requirements ・Solid technical understanding of web technologies and software development ・Able to refine concepts into clear, concise & accurate requirements for development teams ・Bachelor degree education or higher ・Permission to work in Japan ■Desired ・Professional experience as a Product Manager or similar role ・Experience developing sophisticated web based solutions ・Knowledge of the recruitment and human resource industries ・Understanding of digital marketing strategies ・Familiarity with Agile development processes ・Education in engineering, computer science or an analytical field
