Since then, I’ve led the development of large-scale platform products at American Express, Caesars Entertainment, and now KabuK Style Inc. Today, I lead the Platform division at KabuK Style, where we’re building a modern B2B travel platform from the ground up. It’s a unique opportunity to solve challenging engineering and product problems while helping shape the future of travel technology. We are currently scaling and developing a new B2B travel distribution platform, "KabuK Exchange" (KBKx). KabuK Exchange is a B2B2B travel distribution platform designed to connect Japanese hotel supply with global demand channels, while also enabling the redistribution of third-party travel inventory through modern APIs, dynamic pricing, robust booking, billing, and integration infrastructure. The platform will support hotels, travel suppliers, channel managers, distributors, internal products, and future white-label services across hotels, flights, activities, and other travel commerce products. Our goal is to build highly reliable and scalable travel distribution infrastructure that spans across Japan, Asia, and global demand markets.

[Key Responsibilities] - Build robust backend integrations with hotel suppliers, wholesalers, and channel managers. - Normalize inconsistent external supplier APIs into stable and clean internal models. - Design resilient workflows for booking creation, rate ingestion, timeouts, and retries. [Required Qualifications] - 5+ years of backend engineering experience; strong third-party integration skills. - Proficient with C# / .NET (or willingness to learn) and handling XML/JSON payloads. - Strong debugging skills; conversational English ability.
