As a new team member

目標達成に向けた市場別戦略の立案・実行、Google広告を中心とした有料検索キャンペーンの最適化・拡張などを担っていただきます。マーケティング・チームやデータチームと連携し、予測モデルや入札アルゴリズムの構築、パフォーマンス分析、ターゲティング精度の向上などを推進します。主な業務内容：・Google Ads、Meta、TikTokなど複数プラットフォームでの広告運用・TableauやGAを活用した分析・改善・A/Bテスト、ROI向上施策の推進・他部門との連携による戦略実行・外部ベンダーの管理、チームマネジメント求める人物像：・SEM領域での7年以上の経験・データ分析力と戦略思考を兼ね備えた方・チームを牽引できるリーダーシップ・自発的にプロジェクトを推進できる方応募要件：・パフォーマンスマーケティング、グロース分析、データサイエンス領域での経験・SQL・Python・統計分析の高いスキル・Google広告、SA360、入札自動化に関する知識・MMM・MTAなどのアトリビューションモデルやインクリメンタリティ検証の理解・Tableau、Looker、Power BIなどによるデータ可視化スキル・CPC、ROAS、LTV、CACなどの指標に対するビジネス理解・スクリプトやAPI連携による広告自動化経験・BigQuery、Snowflakeなどクラウドデータ基盤の理解・E-Commerce、OTA、コンシューマーテック業界での経験歓迎
