As our Creatives Ops Lead & Strategist, you’ll own three core domains: 1. Content & Brand Leadership Manage all media production from concept to publishing on core social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn Own all media metrics and rapidly iterate to improve performance on KPIs and hit performance goals Hire, outsource, and manage creative talent as needed to produce content 2. Business Operations Help design, launch, and manage mentorship programs for high-growth entrepreneurs Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts and manage a community of thriving entrepreneurs Create and manage marketing campaigns to support business goals 3. Systems & Operations Streamline workflows and project management to maximize leverage on our founder’s time Ensure deadlines are consistently met and quickly deal with any blockers Maintain a rapid pace of innovation and high-quality bar for all operations.
