We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven team player to join our investment and asset management team whose primary focus is to pursue investment opportunities in both core and value-add strategies predominantly in Japan. This role will primarily support the 2 core areas as follows: Investments - Evaluate and perform due diligence on real estate investment opportunities - Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (legal, financial, tax, technical, etc.), external consultants and subject matter experts - Conduct market research & prepare market reports and presentation materials for updates to internal management and key stakeholders. - Prepare recommendation reports for proposed acquisitions - Create and maintain databases of property market information Asset Management - Identify, develop and implement asset management strategies to maximise value and performance of the assets - Work hand-in-hand with asset managers and property managers to ensure effective execution of property business plans and drive revenue growth - Review and monitor the property’s financial and operational performance to ensure performance targets are achieved within budget - Facilitate communication with investors regarding asset performance and strategic initiatives
