As a Personal Assistant, you would need to provide full range of administrative support to the Director.
Job Responsibilities
• File and calendar management.
• Coordination of meetings and taking minutes.
• Generate and maintain reports.
• Assist in HR related matters.
• Reaching out to new and existing clients via phone calls.
Job Requirements
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A full certificate in GCE 'A-Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification equivalent to the above qualifications.
