English class "EIGO DE LUNCH"

Hi everyone!

Today I would like to tell you about one of Inbound Technology's activities: EIGO DE LUNCH! (lunch in English)

Since almost half of the members are foreign nationals and that we are working every day with candidates from all over the world, being able to speak English is something very important.

That's why we have decided to start an English class with three of our English speaking members:

The classes are divided into 2 levels: beginners and intermediate/advanced. We have a class twice a month in the evening "EIGO DE SHABERA NIGHT"　（英語でしゃべらNIGHT) and once a week during the lunch "EIGO DE LUNCH".

We are trying to make classes fun by doing some games and singing (Taylor Swift, Backstreet Boys...etc), so everyone can join and enjoy learning.

The "EIGO DE SHABERA NIGHT" is mainly focused on grammar and learning new words, and the "EIGO DE LUNCH" is focused on discussion based on the previous lesson.

Even though each member's level is different, the ambiance is really good and we can talk freely while eating and sometimes drinking ( a little bit, during the night only! ;) )

Everyone can join whatever his division so this is a great opportunity to exchange with members we can't usually talk with.

Also, last week, for the first time, 2 of the new graduates that are currently joining us as interns participated and it was a great opportunity to get to know them!

We are trying to create more and more activities to make the company's atmosphere even more enjoyable.
