先日は都内の現場で活躍するエンジニアチームとランチミーティングでした。
We have a regular meeting with our engineer to discuss about project update and technical study planning meeting.

皆でランチを食べながら、今期の各自の目標やスキルアップに必要なことの洗いだし、そして勉強会の企画を立てました。
This time we had a lunch meeting and share each one's project update, challenges and plan each one's study plan.

弊社のエンジニアは学習意欲の高い方が多く、業務後にアプリを作っちゃう人も。
This time one of our engineer share his original application!

今日はそちらの御披露目もおこない、アプリの品質の高さにみんな興味津々でした。
His application was so well developed and fun to play so everyone is interested in.

皆が頑張ってると自分も頑張ろう！とやる気がでます。
The engineer's project contribution and growth motivate everyone.

そして今年もお互いのスキルを共有しながら共に成長していこうと決意しあいました。
